On Monday, October 20, Ukraine’s national power grid operator Ukrenergo will implement power limitation schedules for industrial consumers in all regions of Ukraine.
The company announced this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
“Tomorrow, on October 20, from 06:00 to 22:00, power limitation schedules for industrial consumers will be enforced across all regions of Ukraine,” the statement said.
The restrictions are being introduced due to the consequences of previous Russian attacks on energy infrastructure.
In the Chernihiv region, the distribution system operator is currently implementing hourly power outages for household consumers.
On October 18, due to the difficult situation in the energy system, emergency power outages were introduced in some Ukrainian regions.
