At the URC2026 Conference on Ukraine’s Recovery in Gdańsk, agreements worth 160 were signed, totaling over EUR 10 billion, along with new partnerships in the defense industry and energy sectors.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“The 160 agreements signed this year, totaling over 10 billion euros, are the result of the daily work of President Volodymyr Zelensky and the entire Ukrainian team,” she noted.
According to the Prime Minister, key outcomes include:
- 3.2 billion euros—the first tranche of a new EU financial instrument;
- $3.4 billion — an agreement with the World Bank;
- the launch of the European Flagship Fund for Ukraine’s Reconstruction;
- the creation of the Ukraine Transport Support Fund;
- 140 million euros for housing programs;
- an agreement with the EIB on the restoration and protection of roads in frontline regions;
- new partnerships in the defense industry and energy sectors.
“This day has once again confirmed that Ukraine and Europe share a common path, common values, and a common future,” emphasized Yuliia Svyrydenko.
As reported by Ukrinform, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide 90 million euros to strengthen the protection of Ukraine’s energy system and build up equipment reserves.
