The government has approved a Winter Plan – a unified roadmap for all ministries and agencies.
Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
According to her, the plan provides for the protection of energy facilities, the provision of reserves of equipment and materials, and a rapid response algorithm.
To prevent blackouts in the regions, anti-crisis headquarters will be in constant operation.
“This will help to act in a coordinated manner to prevent and quickly eliminate the consequences of enemy shelling,” the head of government said.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of October 3, Russian troops carried out the largest massive attack on gas production infrastructure in the Kharkiv and Poltava regions since the start of the full-scale invasion in order to disrupt the heating season in Ukraine.
