Lviv’s Homin Choir has donated four pickup trucks and more than 150 FPV drones to the Artan special operations unit of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR).

As Ukrinform reports, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine announced this on Facebook.

“The Homin Choir of the Lviv Organ Hall has delivered equipment to the Artan special operations unit of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Funds for the purchase were raised during a charity tour across Europe and North America,” the statement said.

According to HUR, the intelligence unit received four four-wheel-drive Peugeot Landtrek pickup trucks and more than 150 FPV drones, equipment that will help its personnel carry out combat missions in some of the most difficult sectors of the front.

Founded in Lviv in 1988, the Homin Choir is one of Ukraine’s leading professional choral ensembles. For more than three decades, it has promoted Ukrainian music around the world, performed at international festivals, and organized charitable cultural projects.

HUR noted that the donation was made possible through the joint efforts of the Homin Choir, Teatr Org, the tour’s partners, donors, and thousands of people who supported Ukrainian service members during the choir’s concerts.

As Ukrinform previously reported, the Homin Choir raised more than UAH 6 million for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during its U.S. tour.
