In the last minute of the first half, Bayern took the lead by scoring their second goal.
In the second half, Bayern scored three more goals and finished the match with a score of 5:1.
After this defeat, Shakhtar is in 26th place in the Champions League standings with four points.
Before the end of the main round of the Champions League, Shakhtar will play two more matches, already next year: January 22 against Brest and January 29 against Borussia.
Today’s victory for Bayern was not a surprise, as they were considered the absolute favorites.
